Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Ltd (007.HK)
Wisdom Wealth Investment (WWI) owns assets in oil, gas and minerals resources, real estate and properties, international trade, finance and securities.
As approved by the government authorities in Papua New Guinea, WWI has obtained exclusive operating rights for the construction and operation of port and terminal facilities and conducting sand mining and export business in an area of 23,300 km² in the Kikori Delta in the Gulf of Papua.
WWI has exploration, exploitation and operation rights as well as agreed profit-sharing rights of copper mine 253 in Kenya with an area of 1,056 km² and gold mine 341 in Kenya with an area of 417 km².
WWI also owns 7 oil and gas fields in Egypt, Tunisia and Madagascar, encompassing a total area of 14,000 km².
WWI also owns the Orchid Hotel and the site for developing its ancillary facilities in Antananarivo, the Madagascar capital city.
Asia Cassava Resources Holdings Limited （841.HK）
Founded in 1984, Asia Cassava Resources is the largest exporter of dried cassava chips in Thailand and the largest supplier of dried cassava chips imported from Thailand to the PRC.
The bilateral trade of dried cassava chips between Thailand and the PRC was about two-third of the world total and Asia Cassava Resources accounted for over 30% traded between the two countries.
Currently, the Group operates nine warehouses and jetty facilities throughout Thailand, and branches in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.
After going public in 2009, the Group is rooted in the international financial center Hong Kong and has received strong support and cooperation from numerous banks and financial institutions in the Hong Kong area, providing stable and sufficient sources of funding.
The Group is expanding its acquisition network in Southeast Asia at an annual rate of 15%. Its acquisition network in Thailand already occupies the main position in Thailand’s cassava acquisition network.
